Dear Branderson Homes,
As we unpack the last few boxes and settle into our beautiful new home, we thought it was timely to get in touch to say a huge heartfelt thank you to you all. Thank you just doesn’t seem like a big enough word to convey how blown away we have been with the service, the team and ultimately our new home.
There are way too many people to thank as so many have played a key part in this project, and no doubt plenty of backroom staff that we didn’t get to meet too. Overall though we’d like to mention Lance Brown, as this is the Project Manager Extraordinaire that pulls it all together and makes it happen. We knew that there was a lot that goes into a house build project but not to the extend we experienced, Lance we don’t know how you do it and especially when you juggle about 16-20 of these at any one time, thank you for everything.
All staff who came to site were always so friendly and welcoming, they too are a good face and representation of your Branderson brand. The decision to build a new house was a major one for us, Lance knows how long it took to get us to this stage. Sitting here now by the fire, I don’t regret any of it nor would I change anything we did. We had the best expert advice and guidance throughout and a team who talked and treated us as people and not just customers. We were kept up to speed and fully briefed throughout on the project activities and timelines.
We will miss you all got used to having you all around to chat and catch up with, although you know where we live the kettle is always and there’s always a cold beer in the fridge. If there is the possibility to share this message with the team we would greatly appreciate it.

This is a testimonial for the two homes I have bought from Branderson Homes, Cambridge.
The first home was so amazingly well built, now 5 years later I have bought another ‘ Podmore ‘ with a different floor plan.
The kitchen’s in both these homes are stunning, the kitchen in this latter home even more so with loads of drawers and expansive bench space.
I’m also thrilled with the walkin pantry combined with the laundry. This is proving to be a really handy combination and the cabinetry and eye catching bench tops are also the same very high standard that is in the kitchen.
I’ve had the general trades people through … painter, plumber ( his opinion was ” top notch ” ) vinyl/ carpet layers through and ALL of them have commented on how well the house has been built .. in fact a vinyl / carpet layer has just measured up and his comment was ” this house is extremely well built, I rarely measure up ANY house where all the rooms accurately align and ALL measure to the exact millimeter !!! ”
He was visibly impressed as am I with the quality of this home.
Another reason I bought another home from Branderson’s is the faultless customer care service I recieved throughout the process!
Even after my endless emails, queries ( sometimes repeated because I forgot what was said ) and phone calls I was treated with the same friendly, efficient, helpful politeness which I found to be a huge relief ! Branderson’s made the whole process really easy and stress free !
I cannot recommend Branderson’s highly enough for anyone wanting a quality transportable home.
