Our Cordwell Plus transportable tiny home is an upspec of our popular Cordwell home design. An additional 2m² of living area and sloping ceilings make the Cordwell Plus more comfortable than ever.

Complies with the 70m² Granny Flat Building Consent Exemption.

The Cordwell Plus transportable tiny home has a compact floor-plan with a bedroom at either end of the house. In addition to the bathroom, there is a second toilet with good sized utility/laundry room. The Cordwell Plus, is perfect as a primary or secondary dwelling, cottage or beach bach.

This home can be pre-built at our construction yard in the Waikato then transported to your site.
