There are a number of ways to provide accommodation in today’s world, but a pre-built Branderson Home is a completely normal home, that is shaped to be transported and delivered right to site. Once sited you wouldn’t know that the home had not been built onsite.
Our homes are solid and built to a standard that is above the building code requirement, leaving travel to sites with minimum movement. BHL can build and deliver a new transportable home anywhere ranging in size from 46sqrm to 180 sqrm, all in one piece – provided the home will fit on the road to the site.

Our homes are built in huge sheds, completely undercover, so weather and other normal site delays aren’t an issue for us. Our subcontractors enjoy the ease of working in a controlled environment and almost queue up to work with us, especially during the winter months.

Our sub-trade have everything they need in one place, leaving very little time lost due to weather delays. This also helps keep our costs under control for our clients.
Advantages of a Factory-Built Home
There are plenty of advantages to building a brand new factory-built transportable home including easily managing the timing and delivery of the newly built home. If a new home is required for a specific date, say the 1st June and you’re a farmer, then BHL will build the home in our factory and deliver it at a time that suits best.
There are a huge range of sizes that meets most people’s requirements for a new home – allowing us to build and deliver up to 180 sqr meters in a one piece move. The home design can be tailored to suit the client’s needs. Everything from a one-bedroom, one-bathroom up to four or five bedroom with three bathroom home can be achieved, all built and delivered in a one piece. The range of cladding options is extensive and we can even prepare a home to be delivered ready to be brick clad at the site.
Cost savings can be enormous when compared to building a home on site in a remote location. BHL offer complete flexibility in their build program and contracts—for example if the client is a qualified plumber or sparky then they are welcome to do that work on their own home. We regularly have clients that do their own decorating work, and this has saved them money that is usually turned into additional square meters of living space.
Council involvement once a home is delivered to its site is minimal. The “receiving council” only need to check the foundation piles for the homes, as they are installed by our contractor, and any drainage work that may be required. This keeps things very simple and easy for the receiving council to issue their CCC on completion of the project.
